Get to work on complete life cycle of an project and get to coordinate with client directly. Teammates are young and good.

Micro management, poor work ethics, bad salary and appraisal. They don't focus on productivity and don't care about project quality.

No training was provided for Testing, i had to learn all on my own also everybody blames the tester. Most bad part was i was laid off because they said that they didn't require any tester. I lost my job in COVID
