I kickstarted my career here at Codemonk, and it's been a great journey so far so long. The company culture and the balance between professional life and personal life are really given importance for. The senior management is really open to communication and criticism and I really find that as a cynosure at work and out. Overall a great place to work! :)

Very good founding team. Always approachable and your feedback is always appreciated and you see policy changes happening in few days of giving feedback to founders. Good opportunities. Little challenging work and shorter timelines to complete it. But you will enjoy working on it.

Dislikes

Office Space is sometimes noisy, They have separated out operations team from development team but still sometimes dev team will struggle to focus. Rest all is great!

I have been part of the Codemonk team for a while now, working specifically on a BFSI-related project for Experian. The experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The project itself is engaging, and what stands our is the unwavering support from the Codemonk team. Suhas and Vaibhav, in particular, are always there to provide guidance and support when needed. The work-life balance is excellent, and I appreciate the flexibility of working remotely, which many of us fine beneficial. There's also the option to work from the Codemonk office. I recently had the opportunity to attend Codemonk's All-Hands meeting, and I was truly impressed by the complexity and innovation involved in other projects, especially those in AI/ML and LIDAR. The founders create an environment where everyone feels heard and valued.

Couple of processes is not sorted out problem and creates issues. Also, fun activities by HR team is not upto the mark.
