My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? Dislikes

i joined this company four months ago & for the past three months, i have not received my salary. they keep giving excuses that the client has'n paid because the project is not complete. this is very unprofessional. the company also hides its google reviews.
