On time salary. Good team mates. Good office location.

Dislikes

Bad hr policies. Hire and fire policy. Target employee, take interview any time,put them in PIP and tell them to resign. Too much mental pressure due to internal interview. If any time your interview not goes well the deduct the increment amount target the employee and fire them.
