There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is nothing to like about this company. They give lucrative offer but never follow, people get into these traps and lose job.

Management don't know how to get business. Micromanagement, suffocating environment to work on. Don't give enough time to understand company process and fire beforehand. Create illusion to hire employees but soon realized it was only a false promise.
