Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Honestly, I find it difficult to pinpoint anything positive about my experience at Codebright Technologies PVT LTD. Unfortunately, there have been too many issues and challenges that overshadow any potential benefits.

My experience at Codebright Technologies PVT LTD has been quite disappointing. The salary payments are consistently delayed, creating financial uncertainty and stress. Teamwork is almost non-existent, with poor coordination and communication among colleagues. Additionally, laptops are sent to employees without any prior notice, and if any damage occurs, the blame is unfairly placed on the employees. The management does not value their employees and fails to provide any support or consideration. As of now, they still owe me approximately ₹40,000 in unpaid salary, and they haven't provided any necessary documents.
