... that it's a proof if any client ask whether your employee is working or not. 4. Apart from Salary there is no benefit, they have the employee of month award which they give to each employee covering them every month. The award benefit is reduced to 5k as their last meeting. 5. Mr Jon the so called CEO wakes up on 7th of every month(US timezone) and process the salary of employees and it's becomes 8th early morning in India. 6. Mr Jon is such impatient, rude, immature, unprofessional and incompetent person who thinks the employees are puppets and talks nonsense. He just wanted to listen estimates and yelled at even senior employees. His treatment to employees is like workers. 7. He never read important updates from the respective project groups and jumps in between and fights with employees like a child. 8. When it comes to appraisal they make you feel like there is a bad market conditions and we are still employing you so it is better to hold a job than to rush for salary hike and this is plain emotional blackmailing. 9. We heard of their new director who joined recently whose job is to be a mediator between Mr. Jon and employees but he always shakes his neck whenever Mr Jon says something. He should take part actively in conversation and handle matters on both side, but he tries to impress Mr. Jon. 10. They want new employees to join immediately but their notice period is of 2 months. 11. They always invite former employees for lunch or dinner, instead of interacting with current employees they spend whole time talking to former employees. Inviting former employees is not an issue but you should first give priority to current employees listening to their problems, thoughts, improvements. With due to respect to Company and employees don't take this review personally it is a good platform where employees should get a good company and company should improve on pointers which employees are highlighting. The green reviews are paid and written by current employees. HR has asked the employees to write the feedback and send back the screenshot for confirmation. So if you are forced to write a review and acknowledge the same then employees will surely write good reviews. We understand few times a only countable employees faces issues in the company and they write bad reviews but this review is completely based on true facts. Count of employees has significantly reduced in past 2 years and people are not staying due to such a bad/toxic culture, zero job security, Mr. Jons behaviour, non transperency Instead of spending money on Utah events spend those on cultural improvement, technology upgrade and on employees growth. Most of the employees need work-life balanced companies and if they get it they strive hard for company success. Good luck to company and their current employees. I will be glad to hear improvement made by company, till then I would like to encourage job seekers to PLEASE AVOID JOINING PLEASE.

Even worthless to write nothing

1. Zero job security 2. Employees are like disposal 3. Late Salary 7-8th of every month 4. Toxic work culture due to CEO behavior 5. No value to Senior/Experienced employees 6. 2 Month notice period 7. Uses HUBSTAFF to track employee time/submit timesheets. This hubstaff software takes 3 screenshots in every 10mins of your screen, tracks links, software used. 8. 5 employees were fired/asked to leave due to no projects, CEO provided senseless reasons for firing another 3-4 employees saying they were cheating, not able to setup projects on their local systems. 9. All old/core employees left due to worst work culture. 10. HR is child and blindly follows CEO's order to make employee's life miserable. She will ask you turn camera on, she will forcefully ask to join meeting/session/team building activity and asks to provide valid reason in written. 11. Company arranges team building activity/sessions to showcase the good culture but inside story is completely different. 12. HR asks to write reviews and share screen shot of what is written in review to cross check. How can employee write bad about the company then. All 5 start rating is either paid or written by employees under pressure. This review is to help people who are genuinely looking for good companies. I understand no company is perfect every company has their own pros and cons but this has many cons.

You get your salary on 7th of every month that's the only thing I like about Codebase

Dislikes

There are lot's of things which I dislike about Codebase. - No Job security. - Poor appraisal. At the time appraisal, they will say what you have done entire year and market conditions are not good. Bla Bla. - Upper management only encourages and does office politics - They will give/remove from the project anytime. Even if you are not working on that tech stack. - In the name friendly relation between management and employee, they will get in to your personal life and then use it against you. - HR main job is to check how many employe has liked/commented/shared to the management post/messages on linkedIn/Slack and if not they will message you personally to do that. - Management always talk about honesty and loyaly but they are not honest and loyal to their employee or to their client. - All the positive feedback have been given here are paid reviews by the employee in the name of fake promises by the HR and upper management. - Last but not least, they offer you flexible working hours. It's a trap. Flexible working hours for them only so that they can ask you to work any time in a day. So, be aware. Please, be aware before joining this company. No one have a future here even a Company doesn't have a future.

Excellent company culture. People are helpful. While working I observed that, no issues with no one, no favoritism, and you can do your work in peaceful manner. I would say we can do our work by enjoying without any problem and tension. Work satisfaction. No micro-management. Flexible timing gives work-life balance. Management is supportive, listen employees' concerns, and tries to resolve them. Good/Hard work is always appreciated/awarded. Wonderful place to work with latest technology and good environment.
