...op learning, they won't encourage you! For career growth look somewhere else. Salary they will pay on 7th if client releases, else you have to wait till 20, 25 or next month! There is no work ethic, you may be ios developer but you only have to do the basic screening of the resumes, who is eligible for ios developer position. They will give you one task and ask the output for some other task. Official working day is monday-friday, but management will tell you to work on saturdays also! Appraisal? I haven't heard about it... No compensation, no PF, no EPF, no health insurance, no reimbursement for internet, they don't provide laptop/pc for work. They like you if you are a liar and butter them. Lot of politics. No innovation. You will struggle to balance your work-life, they will call you in the midnight(It may be your weekend, doesn't matter) and will tell you to do the task. Be carefull buddy, if you want to join here. I understand your urge to getting into a job, but wait for some time you will get better than this. YOU DON'T DESERVE THIS!
