The HR department doesn't isn't professional they guys call you and ask for the job change and when you ask something about the company location and all they directly said they don't have any idea about these things, then start the game one by one everyone calling you and asking you why are you applying for the job in that company....😂😂

Hello Codaceous, Shubham Jha here. I got rejected because I scored 62/120 in reasoning. As if those 10 questions really define my IQ level. Employers should understand that reality can be far beyond those 10 reasoning questions. An SSC aspirant who solves aptitude & reasoning day and night could crack those questions in half a time. Does that mean he can become a software developer? If those 10 reasoning questions were to define my IQ, Intelligence and coding ability then do you mean to say that all these 7 years of consistently improving myself in coding skills day and night was not worth it at all? Dear Codaceous, please have a check on your interview standards. You are loosing talented developers. Interviews and selection processes are meant to select the best not for rejecting the best with crappy methodologies. Thank you.
