...rs coming from wealthy families who don't need money to bring food to the table. For the last 3 months, they didn't pay the whole digital marketing team salary, which is a crime, and I don't know what the labor department is doing. Don't be dazzled by seeing the office in the Ambuja Neotia building, as the CEO is very poor and can't pay dues to his employees. Shame on him! Not to mention, if you really want to progress in your career, at least in this company, try to butter your seniors as much as possible. In addition, many seniors left the company, which also indicates the company is not running well.

No proper salary structure, no proper management. Absolute joke of a company. Hr is a joke. Do not recommend. They won't pay you for your work and will give excuse that company isn't going well. I got March 's salary on May 30th. Absolutely ridiculous.

...run a scam center. All the five stars reviews are given by their office members. They didn't give my salary of last month. I can mention some of the fraud people who are working there, Rajan Bhattacharya ( Content writer), Subhajit Chandra ( Graphic Designer), Sudrisa Chakroborty ( HR ), Partha Sarathi Das ( Manager), Indranil Roy ( Team Leader).

Though the company is located at Ambuja Ecospace it has no office space of its own. It is inside an apartment under some other names of two offices.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
