Good Culture. People care for each other genuinely

Dislikes

The work life balance is very poor. The culture has negative impact, with people automatically assuming that we need to put in extra effort beyond our working hours without any corresponding benefits. There are very few opportunities to upskill, even if you do there are limited chances to apply them

Thugluq leader is ruling the India center. Zero tech. knowledge or presentation skills, he know how to steal ideas and efforts of others and stamp his name. God knows what the CEO saw in him to make him a country head. He and his friend are ill-omen for YML, they are killing the company culture with their ego and selfishness.
