Some of the things that could be improved 1. Processes are still being brought into place. Lots of fire fighting required. 2. The career growth chart is not very evident 3. Internal movement doesn't exist at the moment.

Nothing. Worst company ever to work with.

Dislikes

1.Too much politics. 2.Gender biased company. 3.Preference of male employees over female employees. Male employees working over time, as a result, female employees losing important projects. 4. Language baised- North and South Indian. Important discussions are discussed openly in local language on floor. 5. Worst HR policy. No use of complaining to HRs. They are the puppets of leaders and managers. 6. No KT is being provided to new employees in a proper way. Managers point out mistakes in front of everybody and put you into embarrassing situation. Employees will never go to that Manager to clear their doubts and will struggle in achieving the goals. 7. Employees are forced to give 4/5* ratings in Cocoblu google page. 8. Please do not get influence with cocoblu Linkedin posts. All are lies. Company is not considering gender equality. Only male employees have been promoted till date.

Dislikes

Hirache's are concerned only about their well being. Employees are not treated in the way they have to be treated. No one has a courtesy to appreciate for the great job done. Especially do not work for PO team, where Vani is a team leader. This personality is there only to show dominance towards employees. Any person joining the organisation will have to work for 15 hrs mandatory.

Flexible timings, work from home available and no pressure for leaves and holidays.

Dislikes

I personally had a very toxic boss dor whom everything you did right was her effort and everything you did wrong was your own fault. However the company will not really do much for removing such people

i was harassed at this place. i was left traumatised for months, i still am whenever i think about it. it’s hell. no respect for women. messed up gender ratio, all leadership roles given to men. men look at you in lecherous ways. if i had enough support i would want to see those people behind the bars. was touched inappropriately, asked inappropriate questions during one on one meeting. my manager questioned my skills, tried to mansplain basic things to me making me feel like an idiot. forced to answer some personal questions. crossed boundaries. asked me work overtime. used derogatory words, made me feel scared, terrified and horrible in a city where i was living all alone away from family. felt extremely unsafe. it was a true horror for me. not a safe environment for women. i’m grateful i’m out of this place. i cannot repeat how horrible and scary the entire experience was.
