Nothing good here,only politics work well.

Dislikes

If you are career oriented, better go somewhere else.They are standing on the hardwork done by previous generations. Today almost all faculty are wasting the public money in the name of salary

The classes are being conducted online. That is a good move to stop the community transfer of disease.

Dislikes

There is no mention of programming language labs. There arent any clarification about the lab examination for this semester. If not, it would badly affect the remuneration of guest faculties.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
