Job role is not defined, there are no ways of working. Resources are not utilised well . Overall they hire people with great skill set and good experience however they ruined it by not utilising them.

Environment & culture very bad. Not supporting management & customers. The salary will show a lot but at the end of the month he will get exactly half of it. Before you apply for any post, any of your local distributors will get full details.

It’s an iconic brand, so being a part of such an organisation is wonderful. Also compensation are superb just that such compensation throws you out of the matket
