The only things that you satisfy is Salary, salary will credit in every month within 5/6 but the twist is with the fooding allowance. No site presence , no fooding.

Dislikes

Dull Management. Labour class show-off to client i.e engineers to GM of the company are play role like a site labour. No growth. No family accommodation, Very few leave (21 days) after completion of one yr. No top management support.

1) alternate Saturday off 2) fixed 8 hours working, no extra working 3) 45 min lunch break

Dislikes

1) poor HR policy 2) low salary, no increment 3) Favouritism Partiality 4) No job security, forced to resign without valid reason 5) lack professional behaviour and bad way of speaking 6) poor way of working, Meaningless 7) politics

Only thing I liked here was the work life balance .

There is no growth opportunity and pay scale too is very low.I had just completed 5 months in the org and was expecting to continue here as I thought it's a big limited company which will give job security. However in this covid situation,they proved me wrong and forcefully told me and around 70 people to resign.

I am very happy for that site doing lot of work experience I will saw all the drawings like raft foundation rcc slab abutment walls work cc blocks rcc piers girders auto levels bottom to top levels it was an amazing work experience for coastal company

Thers is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given new joines
