I am very happy for that site doing lot of work experience I will saw all the drawings like raft foundation rcc slab abutment walls work cc blocks rcc piers girders auto levels bottom to top levels it was an amazing work experience for coastal company

Dislikes

Thers is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given new joines

Work life from office is balanced but if your job profile is filled system engineer then your job is hybrid office+offshore. Company os actually doing geophysical Hydrographic survey for High rated industrial company like HPCL,BHEL ect. Where engineer are going on-board on vessel. Trainee FSE or Assistance filed system engineer are mostly going on barge positioning project.

Bad management and System Department manager are very rude behaviour is not good

I have not worked with a reporting manager like the one I had at COMACOE, Mr. Nishkam Sharma the best guy I would've worked with very understanding and cool person. Being a Senior VP to his age he deals things very well and cop up with people to their age, gets the work done keeping in mind and understanding the scenario of the personal which very few of the other managers I've seen in my life haven't done at all.
