I have not worked with a reporting manager like the one I had at COMACOE, Mr. Nishkam Sharma the best guy I would've worked with very understanding and cool person. Being a Senior VP to his age he deals things very well and cop up with people to their age, gets the work done keeping in mind and understanding the scenario of the personal which very few of the other managers I've seen in my life haven't done at all. No such benefits. No rules are there for site . Management system of HR & Admin, Purchase department of this organisation is very poor. Policies are bad too only 31 leaves in a year, as per HR policy after completion of 1 year staff can apply for PL. Officially for 1st 12 months no leave except CL ( max . 3 days at a time).

Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? Company os actually doing geophysical Hydrographic survey for High rated industrial company like HPCL,BHEL ect. Where engineer are going on-board on vessel. Trainee FSE or Assistance filed system engineer are mostly going on barge positioning project.
