Salary is decent but not as per the market standards. There is a bond of 2 years for fresher's before which you cannot resign andl also a 3 month long notice period

jobs will secure, Repeated work and every 3 months once need to work in weekends without compensation, until 2021 the management was good but recently it got changed and it is worst with bad decisions, company policies are just normal only and all team leaders showing partiality (you may face harassment if you're not tamilian). Specially with current DevOps TL.

I was extremely lucky to be associated with CNSI. It is an organization that greatly values its people. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
