I had a really good exposure during my articleship. A varied experience at mid size firm which ensure that I had 3 job offers as soon as I cleared my finals. Culture is really calm (family like environment) and politics were at minimum level. It gives a good work life balance with great learning.

Dislikes

I think the only thing it lags is the compensation policy which is according to me around 10% lower than industry average.

Some seniors are very good and professional. They have helped many articles grow professionally and upskill themselves in various ways.

Favouritism. No right of being heard given. No complaints are paid attention to.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I lovethe fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. The people at CNK are the best which made my articleship period a memorable one!!

I think only the stipend is the issue!!Rest all is perfect!!

Politics. Some unknowledged person try to steal credit of work and wrongfully try to supress other colleagues. not all but few and i think it is natural. I would better like to execute Audit alone.
