Worst company. Highly corrupt & political company. Never ever join this company. You can not survive until unless you have Godfather in this company. The culture is to stubborn your manager and grow. No place for loyalty and integrity. If you work for company you will be sacked out. Better to be unemployed than joining this company. The best place for bucketing kind of people.

CNH only hire Candidates on Contractual basis(non permanent employee) with less pay & no guarantee of getting Permanent employee of CNH even after working for CNH for 10 years which means employees never feel save & secure future, no growth, no appriciation. If we select any contractual employee by default & ask this he will definitely give same respond

Company completely unstable as far as management is considered for the last one year plus which impacts overall environment No salary increments in 2024 Flexibility on decrease Other benefits like travel and entertainment and communications also being hit this year which makes this company not very attractive for 2025 and beyond

...t’s completely depend on how you are following your manager and blindly say yes. No salary slab. One year experience person got more than 10 years experience person. Garbage on name of diversity.
