Work culture is good and salary given as per employee experience and knowledge if you are permanent payroll other perks given with same criteria. All the bills for petrol, mobile, wifi, childern school, training, education is given by CNH

This the first company where there is no salary difference between salary of blue collar and white collar. All cost cutting applicable for white collar. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
