...ate a friendly work environment. (Depends) ✔️Fixed Job timings 10:00 AM-6:30 PM. (Note:- May vary) ✔️Salary is always credited on time. ✔️Free Snacks are available on weekdays. ✔️Some employee may have to work on weekends (Few get paid for it) , but this is not applicable to everyone.

It could be designation or work he is being hired for. ✔️Carrier path should be well defined and If an employee gets delay in receiving salary increments due to xyz reasons then he/she should get arrears as he also has rent/bills to pay. ✔️Signing off saying Management can go through all dislikes comment section as those comments may give better suggestions and steps need to be taken ASAP. 🚩 ✔️This is for whoever reading and agreeing above mentioned points request you to please just drop an upvote to this comment. Micromanagement by one of the CEO(Vivek Tikko). He has unprofessional behavior with rude words. There is no role of Reporting manager, direct CEO will come and interfere with root employee.. No Proper management. No KT provided, push you to work without giving KT or Project knowledge. They will call you on holidays or night 10.30 pm or morning 6 a.m. (all ready happened to me). No work life balance.. Don't go there if you have any self respect. Don't expect professionalism. HRs are deaf and blind after knowing all the problem what you have shared your issues.

Nothing to be honest. Management is very whimsical, full of preferential treatments and no leadership skills.

Dislikes

...ected to work in mid of your surgery and such things are boasted within leaders. No attention is paid to salary, hikes, learning or upscaling. You are expected to follow orders and not use your brain, unachievable targets are set and then no logic or reasoning is heard, the product they are selling has so many functional issues and the clients just keep leaving and then you would be blamed without a logic. Anyone raising a concern around issues with product and the need to address them is fired on the spot by leaders. Very unfortunate to have joined them.

Bad Work culture. Poor management. No time management. Lot's of work pressure. Not provided properly guidence still assume complete work on same day even it's late night. Most of time need to work all 7 days of week.

Nothing to like about this Organization

Dislikes

It’s not a good organisation. They find pleasure in harassing their employees. Senior management is really bad specially in Bangalore office. I will not name the south head but he is really arrogant. Even the managers reporting to him are useless. They know nothing about the product, they only know politics. They do not offer anything. No promotions, no work from home, no stability. Only join the company if you have thick skin. My recommendation is to change their leadership. Please bring in more emphatic leaders.
