Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Work with my teammates all are supporting me to know about the work and they guide all good attachment with every one, Work environment is good because all are friendly to speak or guide all about work.

Dislikes

Very low salary and didn't satisfied by this work because completed B.E but my work is QA(Visual inspection) that's not satisfied to my Qualification want to work in Good one and main thing is am working on contract base so want to work in better way.

learned some thing new both work wise and people wise i.e how people will be and how to face problem due to politics

too much politics, because of politics i was insulted and thrown out of the company, because of politics my increment was not proper. and One of the manager in one of the CNC unit he tries to use all type of ladies i.e married lady, unmarried, widow, house keeping, if one dont entertain him that lady would be targeted, the same way i was targeted.

It is very good opportunity for fresher to learn. Learn yourself don't depend on anyone and improve your knowledge with your own experiment

Dislikes

No one teach you properly all are selfish except few and there is no safety for workers in working area.
