Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing to like here just one thing good salary credit on time

Dislikes

They never credit salary as described on your offer letter. If your salary 17000 ctc They credit 12000 salary cause they count sunday as working day and if you worked on sunday they paid 400 ₹ a sunday or holiday No Time limit No Clearly specific salary No Holiday 45 ₹ per hour OT

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

When I left with CMS they said 45 days for FNF. But today is my 64th day but till now no one responded Satisfactionaly about FNF. On 49th day they said you will get the FNF and offer Letter on 12th to 15th July. On 14th i have directly visited again they said you will get you FNF on 17th July EOD or 18th morning. But till now it not happened. Now they are saying as you will get 19th evening. It's more then 60 days till now no on is reverted properly. They just said if you want to escalate go ahead.

The top management never interacted with the middle management team to discuss about operational issues and to meet goals or smooth functioning. Even Regional head is also never asking or any support to the middle management or hurdles in their operational movement.

Dislikes

It is totally nothing to learn experience or skills to mention here from this Company..The managers at branch level are playing politics with each other, no one is playing their roll honestly.
