Teammates are good and Supportive, but salary are not paid on time delays for 15~20 days, no hike given even after projects are on positive, always reasons on delaying salaries and notifies employees on 7th of every month on delay regarding salary, ctc claims are not paid on time and kpi achieved arr not paid as well.

Dislikes

Internal politics and Head HR is rude to employees and not employee friendly if any support or queries asked, way of handling employees by HR starts from No and Not upto mark.

There is no growth if u stay around in this company only and no hike.i had worked in pandemic ,I used to go alone at office in that though situation when no1 was ready to go to office..stil they have not give 2 months payment.Such a mean company 👍😂

Salary delayed by a month. Its been a year yet my FNF is not cleared. The Hr always asks to wait for month end with same recurring reply since last 7 months.

Management has not release my FnF from the period of February, even though following from past 4 months. They treat their ex employee like this. No one is interested to

There is no fix time for salary though it is 7th of Every month but it doesn't happen. Also there is standard FnF process follows employee get their fnf after 8-10 months post their resignation.

...d 1st February 2011, Mostly I like its a reliable company, Job security is good. But Salary increment or hike is too poor like 500-1000 p.a. as I got, and still i am facing salary hike issues.. Rest of thing is good. Thanks, Mithun Som.
