When you resigned from job they are not giving your last salary and also when you are trying to contact to the company for your FnF and your last salary they not respond to your any email massages and calls. CMS IT Services is not providing last salary after leaving job. I have served my notice period and I have clean exit but they are not giving my last salary and they are not responding on calls and emails. This company is completely defaulter. They are exploit resigned employees.

CMS IT Services is only good for those who have just began their career. I strongly feel that CMS needs to work on Salary Structure as per current demand. Also, that they lack in core competency as per today's trend. There is a core team with no hands-on on new technologies. You can't get a good resource at very low cost.

As a fresher you can learn alot when you are at client location. Easy interview

They send you anywhere in the city if you don't have fix client location. Salary is way low, They don't pay expenses atleast for fresher.

... time duration. I would recommend don’t join this company most worst company. And one more thing about the appraisal, when I was won’t get on time salary and no appraisal. Around 4years this company within this duration I got only one time Appraisal only 1800 but my salary is take home 45k . Pls note my experience is 9years basically low salary.

There wasn't a single aspect of the Job that I enjoyed. The management was disorganized and unresponsive.

... choosing to follow his own preferences without any consideration for our needs. He continuously pushed us to relocate to Gurgaon or Haryana, completely ignoring the fact that many of us were from Delhi and couldn't afford the hefty travel expenses with our meager 12,000 Rs per month salary. To make matters worse, they made commitments to increase my salary in line with the minimum wage in Delhi after a year of service. However, when the time for the increment came, they transferred me to Haryana instead. This was incredibly frustrating and felt like a betrayal after dedicating a year of my life to the company. As a result, I decided to leave the company. Even though I worked diligently and was even recognized with the "Employee of the Month" award, I still haven't received my experience letter or relieving letter to this day. It's evident that the company's lack of respect for its employees goes beyond just Amit Singh's behavior. The overall experience at CMSIT Services was a complete letdown, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth.
