Salery could not be delayed and it is on time.

Dislikes

...ployees. No increment cycle no proper management. No incentives and appraisal. No bonus and gifts on good work. Not a good and Frieldlly envoinment to work. Lake of resource in each and every team which will cause very hactic and frestated envoirnment. Fake promises sholud be made and reality is very much different then the promises. Please don't...... ... experience letter and they dont give money what you served your notice period. Its been 3 months i didn't got salary for my notice period. Thank god i left cms it services and i got a job in concentrix.

Salary is very less they dont care how can you service with that money they are giving . I'm a Associate trainee engineer my salary is 8 thousand per month and yearly CTC is 96 thousands . No extra no bonus no allowances nothing .

They are providing salary on time without any delayed in your working period.

Dislikes

When you resigned from job they are not giving your last salary and also when you are trying to contact to the company for your FnF and your last salary they not respond to your any email massages and calls. CMS IT Services is not providing last salary after leaving job. I have served my notice period and I have clean exit but they are not giving my last salary and they are not responding on calls and emails. This company is completely defaulter. They are exploit resigned employees.

Good support.

Dislikes

CMS IT Services is only good for those who have just began their career. I strongly feel that CMS needs to work on Salary Structure as per current demand. Also, that they lack in core competency as per today's trend. There is a core team with no hands-on on new technologies. You can't get a good resource at very low cost.
