... in terms of giving it's employees proper reimbursement, promotion and salary. You will not get salary on time , it's always delays and HR will not listen you I have left company long time ago but my one month has not released , they have kept my one month salary , this happened not just with me but my with teammate also who has left . Terrible company in terms of money , they save every pie of employees hard earn money

... time duration. I would recommend don’t join this company most worst company. And one more thing about the appraisal, when I was won’t get on time salary and no appraisal. Around 4years this company within this duration I got only one time Appraisal only 1800 but my salary is take home 45k . Pls note my experience is 9years basically low salary.

Total Ford company.. I am taking follow-up last 7 month for my F&F but they didn't reply me.

Not any kind of job security as well as always they given us late salary.. poor management also even they didn't have assets for work

The company doesn't even provide you on time salary. You have to send 100s of follow up mails to get you salary. Even after that you get it only after 25th of next month. No one bothers to address any concern. Even AC doesn't work here.

The company adopts latest technology, regularly training programs for new skills, it is best plateform to learn new skills. Better collaboration with teammates only.

No career growth, no compensation and benefits, lots of politics in work culture, appraisal delayed from 3 years.
