Salary issue Mon-sun working. Actual working mon-fri but if your client working on Saturday,Sunday then you have also work. Not paid for Saturday Sunday working. No holiday on festival. Only get holiday on independence day n gandhi jayanti. Hr didn't responsed on mail. Worst management. No appraisal. No bonus. No increment. All fake things mentioned in offer letter.

Total Ford company.. I am taking follow-up last 7 month for my F&F but they didn't reply me.

Worst company ever. They dont provide salary on time and when you serve properly notice period then also they dont give you your fnf and when you try to contact them for fnf they just give u a time like "we will generate your fnf as soon as possible" , "on priority" or "within a few days" but dont give you your salary.

Nothing is good in this company.

Dislikes

The management of CMS IT Services are useless. They are not able to pay the Salary on time. No incriment no fastival bonus, no PF facility. One more thing if you have any issue you can't contect HR because HR not pick your call, if you send mail to HR you get the reply after a week later. So, don't join this company.

Work environment was good according to the client location and teammates supportive. Less working hours and some shift allowances.
