... time duration. I would recommend don’t join this company most worst company. And one more thing about the appraisal, when I was won’t get on time salary and no appraisal. Around 4years this company within this duration I got only one time Appraisal only 1800 but my salary is take home 45k . Pls note my experience is 9years basically low salary.

The company doesn't even provide you on time salary. You have to send 100s of follow up mails to get you salary. Even after that you get it only after 25th of next month. No one bothers to address any concern. Even AC doesn't work here.

Meet the some gud teammates here. Learning many things here but its limited things. Long time working here is such a waste of career n time.

No salary growth n appraisals here. Job resign here is a challenge here because they are not deposit our past salary easily. I was waiting 6months for my resignation period salary which is only for 1 month.

They are providing salary on time without any delayed in your working period.

Dislikes

When you resigned from job they are not giving your last salary and also when you are trying to contact to the company for your FnF and your last salary they not respond to your any email massages and calls. CMS IT Services is not providing last salary after leaving job. I have served my notice period and I have clean exit but they are not giving my last salary and they are not responding on calls and emails. This company is completely defaulter. They are exploit resigned employees.
