The company doesn't even provide you on time salary. You have to send 100s of follow up mails to get you salary. Even after that you get it only after 25th of next month. No one bothers to address any concern. Even AC doesn't work here.

Company policies in fever of employee job security perfect But, Delay salary & vochers in covid-19 suction. otherwise every month one salary received. So, my expireance is nice with CMS

Management person not update right time. So, suffering money crises long days. Last 1 years & 11 months passed but No appraisal or increment found till date.

Too much of work, no salary

Dislikes

Salary gets released once in 2 month, they hold 1 month salary buffer. No clarity when salary gets released. Pf, gratuity, FnF takes minimum an 1 to 1.5 year after you moved out of company.

Teammates are good and Supportive, but salary are not paid on time delays for 15~20 days, no hike given even after projects are on positive, always reasons on delaying salaries and notifies employees on 7th of every month on delay regarding salary, ctc claims are not paid on time and kpi achieved arr not paid as well.

Dislikes

Internal politics and Head HR is rude to employees and not employee friendly if any support or queries asked, way of handling employees by HR starts from No and Not upto mark.

Very good support from team to learn new things.

Dislikes

Bad support from management they will not support to employee they check only their company growth, even salary will not provide properly, I was left in 2021 till now no FNF settled even after sending lots of mails no reply.
