Nothing is good to like there.

Dislikes

...op to bottom, who are engaged in hollowing out the company by doing corruption. Every branch level worker is harassed, salary is not good, neither they get any incentive, nor they get proper progress salary & grade wise. Employees are wandering here & there for the issues, no one is supposed to attend them for welfare, working here is compulsion like living in hell, only 1 / 2 out of hundred workers are satisfied, who are involved in their team. Wages are deducted instead of paying over time. And on protesting, threats are received by the authorities. Warning: Be unemployed but don’t get stuck here, don’t spoil your life, your work life balance would be horrible; they used employee since the wake up to the late night working without paying over time to operations team, even they deduct the O.T. of poor 4th grade employees (Custodian, Driver & Gunmen) who are the pillars of company.

Company is good, paying salary on time to employees and management is also good. One thing should be need to get better, that is company policy towards bottom level employees.

...d company to make your life. You have to move out after getting good experience. Don't expect Salary hike, or a good Salary, Salary structure is very poor here specifically for engineers who are working day and night for this company and don't even get their conveyance or any over time or any medical or any kind of benefit. Just work work and work and get skilled, don't expect anything in return.

Get salary on time but no diwali bonus

Dislikes

No hierarchy follow. Any senior persons shout on any department junior employee HR always try to hide misbehaving of senior of all departments HR rules applied to only juniors No employee engagement activities Trip only for some department and senior persons (How you will feel employee sitting next to your desk going on trip and you unable to go on office trip as only 2-3 department can go on trip other 10-12 department only listen their experience 🤣🤣

...this worst company, only harassment of employees, only strict rules for timings. They are doing business by contract HR will contact you for interview in CMS Info Systems, but your joining will be in Dominant Systems and salary structure is very poor.
