The Chairman/Chancellor is Visionary and put his bets efforts in doing anything. 5. The University is growing at a fast rate. 6. Allow to experiment on new practices, large faculty teams under each area of Department of Management.

Dislikes

1. No work policy at University level, things works mostly on case to case basis. 2. HR team of JGI is completely inactive, lazy, careless and never attends any query. Above all they consider themselves as a top boss. 3. Lack of promotion policy and absence of incentive scheme for Research and Development. 4. Pro-Student work culture, over dependency on some favorite people who held the positions. 5. Communications at University and Institute level is ambiguous. 6. No focus on employee retention, even hiring policy is not effective. I feel it's a long road for them to cover in terms of becoming Institute of Excellence.
