...verloaded classes with 100 students per section, No working lifts and washrooms. Very strict timing and salary cut on 30 -45 minutes late. No consideration for extra work after college timings and working on off days too. Very poor from work-life balance. Very early college timings 8:30 to 4:30 p.m. Salary payment after 3 - 4 months. HR are very irresponsible and keep changing frequently.
Not a good company to work not all the people are give you opportunity to grow they are on their on old school method at the Time of interview they are saying lots of good thing but in reality they are not bother about your capabilities
Ruled by goondas and goons of bangalore..politics and the registrar and his executive assistant of cmr university Kalyan nagar is a bull shit no manners and no empathy..Pure nonsense..better to live in road than joining such a third class university of nonsense goons and goondas..Be careful..Gonif u want to ruin ur career guys
The autonomy a professor gets in selecting the pedagogy and the way the lectures are delivered. However, this purpose gets diluted when the course is shared between two or more professors.
The organisation lacked job appraisals, appreciation, monetary and other benefits such as PF, insurance, etc. Even getting funding for attending conferences etc. is a struggle. Too much of admin work including fee collection from students which leaves no time for research work throughout the academic year.
Horrible place to be in as a student or as a faculty. Treated as dogs and no increment ir just 1000 rupees per year. Work politics of few people has made things more worse. The registrar is a demon with the skills of cheating anf manipulatibg facts to suit his purpose. Never think of being a part of this please
