Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

no one is going to distrub you after working hours. u can get by without doing much work

Dislikes

They withhold educational certificates. people with 5-6 years of experience get the same salary as a new employee. experience has no value.

overall work-life balance is good.

Dislikes

Salaries are not worthy as per the qualification or profile strength. Management didn't pay full salaries in the period of pandemic and didn't give the deferred salary at the time of relieving. Still my deferred salary amount not credited to my bank account. No job security.

I would like say about my college iam so inspired to joined this college and I had passed out from recent one month back finally I am happy for being a part of Cmr Technical Campus.

Dislikes

In this college I like my lectures who have been teaching us for two years they were so good teachers who thought us how to move forward when u r in difficult situations and gave us stability to do good things and motivated us to be independent in life no matter what.
