They don't treat the employees respectfully regardless of their designation. They don't provide F&F and hard earned salary of the former employees even after multiple reminders. Former employees have to beg for their own salary which is terrible. They don't reply to the mails and hide their own flaws in order to make the condition of employees pathetic. Overall it is not the great place to work as it claims.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

1. Teams very friendly and supportive. Good work environment. Feels like a community. 2. MD and CHRO always gives opportunity to learn and do better. 3. Alternate Saturdays off. Can take care of family. 4. Good business model for future industry growth.

1. Salary and benefits a little less compared to competitors. 2. Too many meetings

...ey will tell there is no bond is there and nothing will be charged if you leave. But now they ask 50000 if we quit or sometimes whole salary. 5. Letter of appointment was given after one month of joining and all these condition were mentioned in it but when we objected it they simply asked to submit 50K or sign it. 6. They will make you do works like bring the paper from printers, bring bearing, make excel sheet.

You can join CMR Green, if they are offering you a better salary, but don't join Nikkei CMR, Pune ( here work is less, politics is more), jungle raj chalta hai yaha 1 bande ka, nam apko join karne ke bad pata chal jayega, jp apko bhaga denga uski nahi sunenge to 🙏 Take care
