I joined as a senior engineer in PPC department. I have 8 year of work experience from Japanese MNC. After joining this company i realised that this a biggest mistake of my life. I prefer no one hase to join this company..here top management is very wrost and non supportive.

They treat you like they own your life. 6 day working high on politics, no respect, and highly unprofessional people. HR is worst calling all by SIR is mandatory. Seniors only job is to eat and treat juniors like home servants. UNPROFESSIONAL management

Vice president don't have brain Don't know basic knowledge of operation and maintenance. He expect technical team members need do physical work like labors. Most of the time he kept his brain in refrigerator. He can't recognize hard working people, always blaming them. Everything. All 5 star review fake. The people who staying here and working here 12hrs a day doing politics , licking attitude giving 5 star to company. Top management bad. Director Direct involve in politics asking to leave company. Before you join you should contact all cmr employee

All the departments are good except HR Department. Work-Life balance and Provide many opportunities for Growth.

Their HR department is very bias as I got placed in CMR in 2024 but after joining Sanjay baba always gives us pressure to meet recruitment targets, also they didn't provide trainings to their freshers. Not only this, Sanjay Baba can relocate you at any time without prior reason. Ravi sahab always take side of Sanjay baba. Their CHRO should be change, then whole department will be good.
