I like in C.M.R College of Engineering and Technology about faculty. Some of them are very helpful and some students are very good. Here management are very lazy to do any type of work. They do all type of work.

Dislikes

I dislike here management and about salary. Salary is very less and documents.

I Like that it is a good college that all students are very talented and all faculty and staff are very cooperative and helpful also.

I dislike that management and salary hike is very less as having some experience.

Likes

Salary will be received in time (By 7th of every month. Encourgement is given for publishing of papers, books and patents. If any faculty meet with an accident, some amount will be given from the faculty club. Invigilation amount, external lab conduction amount will be given from time to time. Provident fund will be given by the college. 12 Leaves will be given and CCLs will be given for the extra working. You can apply leave online and you can claim CCLs online. If any faculty want to meet PhD guide or want to attend workshops and go to other colleges as lab external, Onduty will be given.

Dislikes

For relieving you have to give 3 months notice. Second saturday is not a holiday, Hikes are not there for Mechanical, Civil and EEE for the past four years. Moreover decrement of salaries also take place for non demand branches.

Likes

Here the culture is good but for benefit it is having students are also good but academic excellence is not good for promotion.

Dislikes

Staff is too ridiculous and something supportive but not fully supportive.
