It was very nice experience to me, as a microbiologist I learn so many things from CML, it was my first experience with virus transport medium, and hardly co-opertated with management for the ICMR approval for the medium. As an industrial field I learned so many situations to handle with management and production unit. CML having good work environment, and the company policies are good and fair.

Dislikes

As per orders of product overtime workload increased but its remuneration was soo poor.
