Work satisfaction is not at this company, quality is not in important they like only for progress. No one in proper, documents wise zero. No more procedure and work method statement in before the work . at that company quality person in not use. Its like a doll only

We can give any own ideas for the growth of company. And Hod CEO is a great person. He thinks lot to make company next level. Such a Hard worker man. Nice experience to work with him.

Same some of the staffs are very worst at management level. Lot of systems and staff is there but monitoring level is very week.
