Zero support..they laid off employees who couldn't joined the company due to this pandemic situation

CMJ Breweries Pvt Ltd. Brand's are really good.

Dislikes

Company stopped their work in West Bengal.. I think this is a wrong dissertation. Because we are doing good. *Magpie, Kaltenberg, Red Indian, and also Nutcracker 9000 Gold beer" Those brand's available on 60%outlets of my teretoty, consumars repeatedly taken CMJ brand's from retail. But company management don't want to work in Bengal. The big question is why❓

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
