...nderstaffed, too much work on every employee. Poor top management Communication. Low salary. Frequent HR salary deduction. Poor automation systems, Most manual processes. Hire and fire culture. Strict start time, late evening sittings. Lot of office politics.

Work environment are good . supportive team members, i suggest company should start giving bonus every 6 months instead of adding it in salary every month

Mostly there is extension in shifts which i dislike

Overall a good company to work. But the managers and team leaders won't allow you to go to a higher position. If you work hard also you can't go to higher positions. Managers do some politics. CMA cgm is a good and the best company to work but the managers and TLs are the worst ones

...nagement I am disliking working in CMA. I can't get my proper hike in my office. I worked hard in CMA but I didn't get my salary hike. Managers and Tls are the worst ones

Good work environment and culture. Manager & teammates are supportive.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good and they give bonus every year.

Salary is decent and appraisals not up to the mark.

...with good process. As a KPO company they stands on a top 5 of shipping industry. Good employee benefits with night shift allowance, Sodexo, Yearly Bonus and Hikes.

Dislikes

The management is very bad. Especially with Cost Control team in GBSI. There are conflict between managers itself which affects the employee work-life balance. Improper training provided for new joiners (Include Experience resources or New Resource) An immatured managers who will always shout in floor. Very bad management who will check your teams messages and history using an tool. Praise in public and Hail in private policy is not followed here. Worst managers.
