I am passionate towards my work... I work hard that's the reason manager and supervisors appreciate me alot and give me more responsibility that gives me more affection to work.

No one can stay in one company with less salary. The increment is less then the expectation.

1. Worst management 2. Disrespect from the supervisor 3. Pressurizing for work load due to their worst management. 4. Cafeteria have limited meals for night shifts employees 5. We have to learn the things from our own. No guidance or proper training.

to ben honest they supported us a lot i dont any words to describe. i was in village at the peak time COVID and they paid my full salary though i haven't worked single day. Couple of time i have received call from HR and they where asking about me and my family health for which the respect for the company reached to top. They have taken at most care of us even after things are normal. They have given us 2 weeks salary extra in last salary and started giving home drop and home pick up. I always keep telling my friends about my company. Respect.

Management is very good and very polite. lower level people are very conservative and very discriminative. They don't give equal opportunities to every one.

Working with CMA is good but they deducting unnecessary transport charges 80k PA From package n 2500 food charges whereas other company provides as complementary to employee..... package they will show 3L plus but deductions r too much n unbearable....other companies critizes when they c our offer letter.... company n management looting employees.....But once wish to learn u will get knowledge too depth.....

Basically CMA CGM is providing everything that a fresher can imagine like transportation, meal coupons, Weekend off, trips, allowances, fun activities, cultural events, monthly awards, career growth and good amount of learning.

Dislikes

The salary they are currently providing to their fresher is low which is below 15k. Hiring also happens once in a while, that too mostly happens for graduate freshers.
