Good work environment. Job security is high. Company policies are good. Cafeteria is good.

Lot of politics are there with in the teams. Career growth is slow and starting salary is very low. Appraisals are not so fair. Very much favouritism are played.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...k of man power people had to work for long hours .. Management overall is good. Salary structure is below average since they don't pay you good enough..

...y environment, enjoyfull , Managers are nice. Workpressure are there some times. But the only issue is salary they provide very less due to the facility..they mention very high amt of foods and travelling in the CTC as a benefit which is Generally a person doesn't spend that much of value for food and travelling.

...orkload by extending and working on weekends as well which led to health issues. Salary hike is also a major concern. Don't expect any major hike. This is for back office.
