Mangers are not supportive,lots of work load,no team management,HR's are not supportive ,no support to girls in any kind of problem, truth doesn't matter,supports fakism, bysness ,no proper work distribution amongst team members

Lot of politics are there with in the teams. Career growth is slow and starting salary is very low. Appraisals are not so fair. Very much favouritism are played.
