...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing is there in this company. Who ever rates this company positively they are the employees of the company. And I think no employee should rate any positive response with his bottom of their heart.

...fic. They use slangs to their junior and senior employees for their interest. Very horrible experience with salary. Salary not credited on time. Here increment is none-other than a joke.

I really apreciate the company culture and how supportive and collaborative everyone seems to be. Plenty opportunities are provide by the company for learning new technologies that really inspires me. Everyone is working here towards the same goal and I am very pleased to be a part of that.

The best part of Cludo is they give you ample scope to learn , come up with innovative ideas and also back you with those ideas even if you fail. What i always enjoyed working here is the work environment . Fantastic colleagues and super supportive seniors.

There is no company in this industry which is 100% perfect. It is upto the individual how he looks up on the company .So, personally i have learnt soo much from this company that i can overlook some of its flaws and learn from every opportunities.

Everything about this company is negative. The shift is 9:30-6:00 but the owner will ask to stay for another 1 hr unnecessarily. They treat the employees like labours. There are some old employees who simply licks the owners boots always. One incident I want to share, the owner told my manager bring your cheeks here my shoes are wanting to touch it. My manager being a dumbf*ck laughed it away. The company culture, scope for growth , learning is nil. Don't try to join this company. As they will most probably fire you after 3-4 months. It happened with most of them who joined with me. I eventually resigned.
