Well you can kearn a lot as you made to learn. The person who cannot handle mental as well as physical pressure should not enter the office premises. And if you can then its the platform where you can learn a lot and earn a lot too.

Your personal life social life are the things which you have to forget. And the worst thing is that no leave for full year except one month paid leave after working for one year.
