Nothing great about working at Club7, only because of my compassion i was able to work in there. else its really sick

Dislikes

...orship, no leaders, mainly in mumbai we slog & we work very hard & office hours. but, mumbai people get double our salary. full of favoritism. all are spineless leaders. Kolkata office is much better. there will be 100ds of staffs in mumbai doing very little in comparison few employees & colleagues were good few were terrible. all the revenue generated by us will be in drain by paying top notch salary to mumbai non working staffs. we need to flatter them, butter them all the time. they giggle & make fun of our coworkers mainly (women). i was with club7 during their tough time. I grew the business multifold, finally all the credits are recognitions goes to some xyz. they will have time to watch cricket matches live in ground, they dont have time to listen to our concern. no one takes onus, no responsibility is taken. spineless managers. last 2 years, had a tough time and worst experience. worst experience, better not to join this company. you will end up doing all the work from Office boy to GM. My GM was another crook & a women friendly officer. i cant use a better word for it.

Its one of the New Travel company when your compare with other leading tour operator, but it's a very Good place to work with where you get to expertise your industry knowledge. Company policies are good but need to be more employee friendly company Its place where you can connect your CEO easily your opinion matters to them

They don’t have any product expect for the sales and there is lot of politics, no career growth and ones you put the paper the treat like you where not the part of it ever and I left in January now chasing them for my FNF but no reply from HR

Club7Holidays is that platform where you can make your carrier, all senior are very cooperative. Specially there are MICE movement & with this they are very good in B2B & 2C Business. Queries are more if really u want to learn u can up to you.
