...friendly and policies are good... People very hard to leave this organisation .. salary is decent when compared to other power sector

Nothing....since attrition rate is less... Career growth is slow.

I really enjoyed working with this company. It provided me lots of opportunities to grow my carrier. It encourages to join technical courses to upgrade our technical knowledge. One of the best team to work in collaboration.

I have not come across any issues which can compel me to write about dislike of the management.

CLP is one of those companies that people would like to work in..they care for their employee's career, growth, safety, work life balance.

Dislikes

As such nothing much, it is just that place i am working is remote location which is quite normal for any power plant. Growth is quite slow.

It is Multinational company and provides equal opportunity to every employees immaterial of hierarchy. It provides A grade admin facility. Company supports cross functional movement in a mutually beneficial way.
