The management lacks the necessary skills to effectively run the business. Qualified employees receive lower salaries, while less qualified individuals are paid more. There is no sense of job security or work satisfaction. The hiring process is not merit-based, as most employees are referrals or individuals with personal connections, rather than skilled professionals

The HRs do not drive any policies related to employees, Employee culture, lack of employee engagement including voice out from the employees, no transparent system, and job security is a joke, profit first approach & not people/customers
